The Dataswyft Wallet infrastructure is operated by the relevant Country Network Licensee (CNL) in your jurisdiction and is governed by the Dataswyft Wallet Privacy Policy.
CheckD is an application that allows users to access the Dataswyft Wallet.
The Dataswyft Wallet is a separate infrastructure service that manages wallet accounts and badge interactions within the Dataswyft Network.
Personal data stored within your Wallet Account, including badges, datasets, or verified credentials, is governed by the Dataswyft Wallet Privacy Policy and may be administered by the relevant Country Network Licensee.
Dataswyft Global Ltd does not control the data stored within Wallet Accounts.
The Dataswyft Wallet operates on a self-custody model, under which users control how their data is acquired, shared, or presented through their Wallet Accounts.
The wallet infrastructure administers data interactions in response to instructions initiated by the wallet user.
Processing of wallet data is governed by the Dataswyft Wallet Privacy Policy.
