Dataswyft Wallet User Agreement

This Dataswyft Wallet User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Dataswyft Wallet and the Wallet Account associated with your identity.

The Dataswyft Wallet operates within the Dataswyft Network through entities licensed to operate the network within specific jurisdictions (“Country Network Licensees” or “CNLs”), which act as trustee of trustee-custodied wallet infrastructure under the Dataswyft Wallet Trust Deed.

Where a Country Network Licensee has been appointed for your jurisdiction, that entity operates the Dataswyft Wallet within that jurisdiction.

Where no Country Network Licensee has been appointed for a jurisdiction, Dataswyft Sdn Bhd acts as the default trustee and network operator for wallet services until a Country Network Licensee is appointed.

Dataswyft Sdn Bhd, BO1-A-9, Menara 2 (9th Floor), KL Eco City, 3 Jalan Bangsar, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

By activating or using a Dataswyft Wallet through any application that embeds the wallet (including the CheckD application), you agree to this Agreement.

Network Overview

The Dataswyft Network is a data interaction infrastructure that enables participants to exchange verified information through the Dataswyft Wallet.

The network operates through the following structure:

• Wallet Users operate Dataswyft Wallets to manage and present data.
• Issuers create badges that define rules for how information may be authenticated and presented.
• Merchants scan or validate badges presented by Holders.
• Data Sources supply datasets to Wallet Accounts.
• Data Verifiers verify the authenticity or accuracy of data.

Interactions between participants occur through Badges, which act as structured presentation objects that allow participants to authenticate and present information according to rules defined by Issuers.

The Dataswyft Wallet provides the interface through which participants perform network actions within the Dataswyft Network.
