1. INTRODUCTION AND PARTIES
This Dataswyft Wallet User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Dataswyft Wallet and the Wallet Account associated with your identity.
This Agreement is entered into between you, whether acting in your personal capacity or as an authorised representative of an organisation (the “Wallet User” or “you”), and the entity licensed to operate the Dataswyft Wallet in your jurisdiction (the “Network Licensee”).
The Dataswyft Wallet forms part of the Dataswyft Wallet Network, which is developed and operated at a network level by Dataswyft Network Ltd.
The Dataswyft Wallet Network is deployed and made available to users through Network Licensees appointed on a jurisdictional basis. Each Network Licensee operates the wallet infrastructure in its jurisdiction and, where applicable, acts as trustee of trustee-custodied wallet data under the Dataswyft Wallet Trust Deed.
Your contractual relationship under this Agreement is solely with the Network Licensee, and not with Dataswyft Network Ltd, except where expressly stated. Dataswyft Network Ltd does not assume any liability to Wallet Users under this Agreement.
The Network Licensee applicable to you is the entity identified at the point of wallet activation, within the wallet interface, or within the application through which the Dataswyft Wallet is accessed.
For users accessing the Dataswyft Wallet in Malaysia, the Network Licensee is:

Where no Network Licensee has been formally appointed in a jurisdiction, Dataswyft Sdn Bhd shall act as the default Network Licensee and trustee for the purposes of this Agreement until such appointment is made.
By activating or using a Dataswyft Wallet through any application that embeds or connects to the wallet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. NETWORK OVERVIEW AND ARCHITECTURE
The Dataswyft Wallet Network is a data interaction infrastructure developed and operated by Dataswyft Network Ltd and designed to enable participants to create, exchange, present, and rely upon verified and structured information through the Dataswyft Wallet.
The network operates as a multi-party interaction environment rather than a marketplace or intermediary service. Participants act independently and interact through defined roles and structured mechanisms.
Interactions within the network are mediated through Badges, which function as structured presentation objects that organise data and define how that data may be authenticated, presented, validated, and shared between participants.
Participants within the network may act as issuers of badges, holders of data and badges, merchants who validate or rely on badges, data sources that supply datasets, and data verifiers that attest to the accuracy or authenticity of data. Participants may act in one or more roles and may do so either in an individual capacity or as authorised representatives of organisations.
The Dataswyft Wallet provides the interface and orchestration layer through which participants perform actions and interact within the network.
3. NATURE OF THE DATASWYFT NETWORK
The Dataswyft Wallet Network operates as an infrastructure layer that enables interactions between participants but does not itself participate in those interactions.
