Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Relations & Success Manager to serve as the key link between our SME merchant partners and our internal teams. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure our merchants are well-supported, engaged, and achieving measurable business growth through our platform.

You will oversee onboarding, relationship management, and marketing activations for merchants, ensuring they maximize value from the partnership. This is a hybrid role that combines account management, campaign execution, and client advocacy — ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and delivering tangible results.
