About CheckD

CheckD is a revolutionary app by Dataswyft powered by the Dataswyft Wallet that empowers individuals and organizations to take control of their data through secure, standardized data badges. These badges allow users to prove and share aspects of their digital identity while participating in the smart data economy. Through the CheckD Wallet, badge holders, issuers, and merchants can engage in data exchange with transparency, security, and trust.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects in Jakarta. The successful candidate will bring proven project management training and certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and demonstrate proficiency with modern digital productivity and collaboration tools such as Notion, Asana, and HubSpot.

This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work with diverse teams across local and international contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
  • Facilitate bilingual communication (English and Bahasa Indonesia) in meetings, presentations, and documentation.
• Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track project progress using Notion, Asana, and related tools.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Team Management
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability.
• Process & Tools Optimization
  • Leverage Asana, Notion, HubSpot, and other platforms to improve workflows, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Introduce best practices in digital project management and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience (preferably with international or regional projects).
• Certified Project Manager (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and timelines for complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
