The SEE-ME Practice Component enables participants to move beyond design into live market and service ecosystem implementation.
Following completion of the foundational learning sessions and market and service ecosystem design workshop, participants may elect to enter the Practice Component, where their proposed market or service ecosystem design is implemented in a real-world context. This phase is focused on execution, learning through deployment, and generating verifiable evidence of impact.
Participants work on live initiatives within their organizations, client contexts, or partner environments. These may include piloted markets, service coordination mechanisms, incentive structures, data or identity architectures, or governance arrangements designed to surface previously invisible economic activity and improve participation, efficiency, or sustainability within a market and service ecosystem.
HATLAB Studio provides ongoing mentoring and studio support throughout the practice phase, including:
The emphasis of the Practice Component is not on perfect execution, but on demonstrated capability: the ability to design, implement, observe, and adapt market and service ecosystems in response to real-world conditions.
To complete the Practice Component, participants must submit documented evidence of impact, which may include:
Successful completion of the Practice Component constitutes the final stage of assessment for the The Polymath Badge. The badge is awarded only when participants demonstrate applied mastery in translating market and service ecosystem design principles into functioning, real-world systems.
