Introduction

The Scheme Administrator is the entity who bears responsibility for establishing Controlled Entities within the scheme.

Purpose

This policy outlines the roles, responsibilities, and operational obligations of the Scheme Administrator for the Dataswyft Stockist Pathway operating under the Smart Data Scheme (SDS). The Scheme Administrator ensures the integrity, compliance, and proper functioning of the scheme, in alignment with governance principles established by the HAT Community Foundation.

Scope

This policy applies to the Scheme Administrator responsible for overseeing the Stockist Pathway and its related credentialing, scoring, validation, and data governance mechanisms. It governs interactions with all stakeholders, including credential issuers, badge facilitators, service providers, lenders, and wallet holders.

Allocation

This role is assigned to Dataswyft Network Ltd.

Responsibilities

The Scheme Administrator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and operational integrity of the Smart Data Scheme. In the context of the Stockist Pathway, this role ensures that the scheme runs effectively, fairly, and in alignment with governance principles set by the HAT Community Foundation.
