The Smart Data Ecosystem Program is a structured consultancy program that results in the launch of a minimum viable data ecosystem, with badges in a Dataswyft Wallet.

It has 4 layers that require architecting and design that work together to ensure a self-regulating, self reinforcing dynamic ecosystem.

• The social layer that creates a narrative for the purpose and mission of the data ecosystem.
• The technical layer that enable the data flows between software components
• The business layer for the ecosystem owner and the proofs/badges to be issued for revenue and engagement; and
• The economic layer for the incentives and value exchange between members of the ecosystem (who does what, who gets what).

The deliverables of a SDE are:

1. A purpose-led ecosystem narrative to achieve required outcomes.
2. Ecosystem blueprint for data flows and value exchange between ecosystem members.
3. Provision of Dataswyft Wallet integrated with existing applications or websites.
4. (Optional) A Smart Data Scheme for high assurance proofs/badges and standardized data connectors.

The program duration is between 2-3 mths depending on the requirements.
