1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CheckD mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the “CheckD Application”).

The CheckD Application is operated by:

(“Dataswyft”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the CheckD Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. NATURE OF THE CHECKD APPLICATION

The CheckD Application is a digital application and content platform that enables users to discover, access, and interact with information, services, organisations, and digital content made available through the application.

The CheckD Application may present content, offers, or interactions originating from Dataswyft or from third parties. Any such content or services are made available for general informational and interaction purposes only.

The CheckD Application may incorporate or embed the Dataswyft Wallet in order to facilitate user authentication, identity management, or data-enabled interactions. However, the Dataswyft Wallet is a separate system and is not part of the CheckD Application for the purposes of these Terms.

3. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DATASWYFT WALLET

Where the Dataswyft Wallet is made accessible within the CheckD Application, it is provided solely as an integrated component to enable login functionality and data-based interactions.

Your use of the Dataswyft Wallet is governed by the Dataswyft Wallet User Agreement, which constitutes a separate agreement between you and the relevant Network Licensee. Dataswyft does not, through the operation of the CheckD Application, assume responsibility for the Dataswyft Wallet, the Dataswyft Network, or any data stored or processed within your Wallet Account.

Any actions performed through the Dataswyft Wallet, including the presentation, sharing, or processing of data, are undertaken independently of the CheckD Application and are governed solely by the applicable wallet terms.

4. ACCESS AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Access to certain features of the CheckD Application may require authentication, including authentication through the Dataswyft Wallet or other supported mechanisms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You agree to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access and to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to use the CheckD Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the application in any manner that may impair its functionality, compromise its security, or interfere with other users.
